It included:
*Peanut Butter and Jelly on a whole wheat tortilla, rolled up
*apple
*strawberries
*granola bar
Waste: the granola wrapper - which we are on the "waiting list" for terracycle, so we can recycle Kashi packages!
The boys have had little snacks and drinks all day. For lunch, the three of us had smoothies.

about 1/4 cup of plain 0% greek yogurt
a smidge of honey
R:
1 cup of almond milk

a handful of a frozen fruit blend - strawberries, peaches, pineapple, mango
about 1/4 cup of plain 0% greek yogurt
a handful of frozen blueberries
K:
1 cup almond milk
handful of baby spinach
a handful of a frozen fruit blend - strawberries, peaches, pineapple, mango
1 banana
about 1/4 cup of water
I didn't think of taking a picture and blogging about these until we finish consuming them. My kids see this as a "treat"! How great is that!!!!!!!
I'm thankful that they LOVED making these with me. They really enjoyed pushing the buttons on the blender. Thankfully, no one pushed while the lid was off! I'm happy that they got all these fruits in, especially since it's a pizza night!
